With increasing need of global environment conservation, moves toward strengthening the environmental regulations such as Air Pollution Control Law and Offensive Odor Control Act are seen in the world. It is also essential for each company to prevent local communities from having health damage and discomfort by odor. We provide solutions to the customers with such challenges with our wide variety of combustion type deodorizing devices.

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO)

This device contains a ceramic heat reservoir in its heat exchanger which enables the high temperature efficiency and low-fuel consumption.

Poppet Valve System

This device can handle the processes of the heat receiving tower, heat dissipation tower, and purge tower by switching valves, and is capable of processing air volume from 100N㎥/min to 2000N㎥/min. We also have package type deodorizing device specialized for small air volume from 10 to 100 N㎥/min.

  4. Fuel is not required if the gas to be processed is highly concentrated, and also it also enables exhaust heat recovery.

Rotary Valve System

This device processes gas to be processed by switching its entrance and exit continuously, and also is capable of processing from small to large volume of gas flow (100N㎥/min ~ 2000N㎥/min).

Thermal Oxidizer(TO)

This device can process various types of gas odor and produce stable hot air. Suitable for the operations for short gas odor generation time.

Heat Exchanger System

This device burns gas to be treated directly with a burner flame regardless of its component and concentration rate. The heat exchanger also enables the reduction of the heat energy loss.

  4. Enable to recover the high-temperature waste heat stably.

Direct Combustion System

This device burns the high-concentrated gas to be processed by adding it directly to a burner. Using gas to be treated as auxiliary reduce the usage of fuel.

  3. Simple structure with the lowest initial cost
  4. Enable the waste heat recovery of about 750 ℃

Catalytic Oxidizer(CO)

This device can perform oxidative decomposition even at low temperature of 300-400℃ using deodorizing catalyst. This is the most suitable device for low temperature environment.

Plate Type Heat Exchanger System

This device detoxifies and deodorizes gas to be processed by oxidizing and decomposing it through a catalyst. And it also can perform oxidative decomposition under low temperature, which requires less amount of fuel consumption compared to the direct combustion system.
※The gas contains any catalyst deteriorating component cannot be used with deodorizing catalysts.

Regenerative Heat Exchanger System

This device detoxifies and deodorizes gas to be processed by oxidizing and decomposing it through a catalyst. And it also can perform oxidative decomposition under low temperature, which requires less amount of fuel consumption compared to the direct burning type. Automatic operation is available with lower concentration rate than Plate Heat Exchanger System.
※The gas contains any catalyst deteriorating component cannot be used with deodorizing catalysts.

VOCs Rotary Concentrator(RC)

This device converts VOCs gas with large gas flow with low concentration rate into the one with small gas flow and high concentration rate.

VOCs Rotary Concentrator(RC)

This device converts VOC gas with large gas flow and low concentration rate into the one with small gas flow and high concentration rate. By placing this on the upper side of combustion type deodorizing devices, it can be downsized and reduce the fuel consumption.
※Not all of the VOC components can be concentrated
